Eid is a time to thank Allah for helping us complete Ramadan and for all the blessings He has given us. The khateeb reminded us that gratitude should come from the heart, not only from our words. Ramadan also showed us that we can change, so we should keep some of its worship and avoid returning to old habits. Most importantly, we should stay connected to the Quran every day because it is our guide throughout the year.
