The khutbah teaches that Luqman’s wisdom begins with worshipping Allah alone and recognizing His blessings. It reminds us to honor our parents with humility, establish prayer, and encourage what is good. The speaker also calls us to patience when obedience or helping others becomes difficult. We should guard our hearts from arrogance and envy by trusting Allah’s wisdom and supporting one another. These lessons are meant to shape not only individuals, but also families and communities.

  1. What is one blessing you can thank Allah for through your words and actions this week?
  2. How can our family show more patience and kindness to our parents?
  3. What can we do when jealousy makes someone else’s blessing feel difficult?
