For the dinner table

Ramadan often brings us back to the masjid, but the khateeb reminded us that this relationship should continue all year. A heart attached to the masjid comes to worship Allah, prioritizes prayer, stays a little after salah, and looks for a masjid even while traveling. Caring for the masjid also means cleaning up, treating washrooms and shared spaces respectfully, and teaching children how to behave. Families and the wider community should invite youth regularly and make the masjid a foundation while still making room for other responsibilities.

  2. How can we make our next masjid visit focused on worship?
  3. What would help younger people feel welcomed and involved at the masjid?
