For the dinner table

The khateeb explained that the early, short Makki surahs kept returning to four foundations: Allah's oneness, the Messenger, the Qur'an's divine source, and the Hereafter. He encouraged us to look for Jannah and Hell in the surahs we have memorized, because belief in the next life should change how we treat orphans, people in need, and all of Allah's creation. He reminded us that showing mercy, forgiveness, and care can bring Allah's mercy, and that salah keeps our hearts connected to Him. For new Muslims and for all of us, he urged patience and steady steps, with learning salah as a first priority rather than trying to take on everything at once.
