Allah blessed the people of Saba with fertile gardens, clean water, safety, and easy travel. They were asked to worship Him, enjoy His lawful gifts, and remain grateful, but over time they became ungrateful and turned toward disobedience. Their prosperity was destroyed, teaching us that comfort should lead to thankfulness rather than boredom or pursuit of haram. The khateeb applied this lesson to marriage, income, and the temptation to seek more through forbidden choices. He ended by asking Allah to make us patient and grateful and by praying for Muslims suffering in Palestine.
