For the dinner table
The khutbah teaches that righteousness is not only about outward religious actions or facing a particular direction. It begins with sincere faith and becomes visible through charity, prayer, zakat, honesty, patience, humility, and mercy. We should treat our wealth as a trust, keep our promises, and help people who are struggling. Our worship should improve the way we treat everyone, both inside and outside the mosque.
