For the dinner table

The khateeb reminded us that Ramadan may be over, but our relationship with Allah and the Qur'an should keep growing. He explained that the Sahaba trusted Allah's promise to preserve the Qur'an and still worked to memorize, study, and collect it. Their example teaches us to trust Allah while doing our part. Whether we know a few surahs or the whole Qur'an, we have a responsibility to follow its teachings, as well as remember its words. He encouraged us to seek blessings through a strong relationship with the Qur'an, learn what Allah wants from us, and become people who act and stand for justice.

  1. What is one Ramadan habit you would like us to keep doing together?
  2. How could you put a lesson from a surah you know into practice tomorrow?
  3. What would you like us to learn about the Qur'an together?
