For the dinner table

The khateeb reminded us that Tawbah is always open and that asking Allah for forgiveness can bring great happiness. He encouraged us to keep the joy and closeness to Allah that we experienced in Ramadan. We can continue through prayer, regular visits to the masjid, the six days of Shawwal, and occasional fasting throughout the year. He explained that believers notice when worship is missing from their lives because their hearts become attached to it. If we allow too much time to pass, returning can become harder, so small consistent steps are important.

  1. What Ramadan habit would you most like to keep, and why?
  2. What makes going to the masjid feel joyful for you?
  3. What is one small act of worship our family could do regularly?
