For the dinner table

The khutbah retells how Muslims at Badr hoped for an easy victory but Allah chose a harder path that brought a greater result. It connects that lesson to Gaza, reminding us that Allah's wisdom may be unfolding even when we cannot yet see the outcome. Trusting Allah does not mean sitting back or becoming passive. We should pray sincerely and help in whatever ways we can, including speaking, writing, discussing, acting, and giving. Each person is responsible for doing their best according to their ability.
