For the dinner table

The khateeb reminded us that our deeds are being recorded, and that Allah gives us room to repent when we slip. He taught that people, the earth, and the angels can testify about how we lived. Because of that, we should treat fellow Muslims with respect and not let houses, cars, money, or other worldly matters divide us for years. When disagreements come, we should return to the Quran and Sunnah, repair relationships, and remember that death can come at any time.
