For the dinner table

Today’s khutbah reminded us that the Qur’an warns believers as well as gives them hope. We should learn the parts of Islam we need, protect our worship, especially the five daily prayers, and remember that we will answer to Allah. Our actions can continue after death through righteous children, ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, and good work. Because online posts and everyday choices can become part of our legacy, we should share only what is true and helpful. The goal is to live with healthy fear of accountability while hoping for Allah’s forgiveness and reward.

  1. What is one good deed you would like people to benefit from after you are gone?
