For the dinner table

Our khateeb reminded us that Islam places great value on learning, especially learning and teaching the Quran. He invited us to look at the earth, sun, galaxies, and heavens as signs of Allah's greatness and to remember how little we understand. Because Allah is unique and unmatched, we should reject shirk, turn to Him in sincere repentance, and not take our abilities for granted. We can show gratitude by glorifying Allah, guiding rather than insulting others, and praying for our children, families, community, and leaders.
