For the dinner table

Allah did not create us by accident: our lives have a purpose, and this world is a test. The test is not only in major hardships; it is also in everyday choices such as praying, waking for Fajr, using time well, and handling money lawfully. We will be questioned about how we spent our life, youth, and wealth, so we should learn the basic knowledge needed for our real situations. Even after mistakes, we should not give up on Allah’s mercy; we can repent and do good with the time left. The khutbah ends by asking Allah to guide us and relieve oppression from Muslims everywhere.
