The khateeb reminded us that worldly success is temporary, while real success is being saved from the Fire and entering Jannah. Family and wealth will leave us, but our deeds will remain with us. He also urged parents to limit devices and connect their children with the Quran, mosque, Friday programs, and summer camp. The sermon called families to take responsibility for their children’s hearts and minds before Allah.
