For the dinner table

The khutbah reminds us that having comfortable homes, good jobs, and many conveniences does not automatically make our hearts peaceful. Real tranquility comes from being close to Allah through faith, obedience, Quran, worship, and prayer. The Prophet found reassurance in Allah during danger, and prayer was a source of comfort during difficulty. We can seek this peace by making worship central, spending time with the Quran and the masjid, and turning to Allah when we feel worried or empty.

  2. What can we do when we feel restless instead of endlessly scrolling?
  3. How can we make salah feel more like a refuge this week?
