For the dinner table

The khateeb reminded us that ordinary abilities like seeing, hearing, moving, and driving are gifts from Allah. He shared stories of people facing blindness, deafness, and deep discouragement to show how easily we overlook these blessings. He encouraged us to turn to Allah in both hard and good times and to say Alhamdulillah with sincere gratitude. He especially urged parents to love their children, bring them to the masjid, and teach them the Qur’an. He also invited the congregation to help teach blind and sighted students at the Qur’an schools.
