For the dinner table

Ramadan gives us a special chance to come closer to Allah through the Qur'an, even if reading it feels difficult. We should choose a meaningful goal, break it into small steps, and read with understanding through tafsir and translation. Ramadan can change a person's life, so we should welcome people who return to the masjid instead of judging them. Because none of us is promised another Ramadan, we should use this month to build habits that continue all year. We can strengthen our relationships with Allah, the Qur'an, our families, and fellow Muslims, while supporting one another and preparing good deeds for the next life.

  1. What Qur'an goal could we make smaller and easier to keep this Ramadan?
  2. How can our family make time to understand the Qur'an without distractions?
  3. How can we welcome and support someone who is reconnecting with the masjid?
