Sincere, consistent good deeds earn Allah’s love and protection while bringing tranquility, contentment, relief, a good ending, and stronger worship.

“This is something only Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala grants to the believers in their hearts.”
For the dinner table
The khateeb reminded us that doing good sincerely for Allah brings beautiful fruits, including His love, peace in the heart, and contentment. He explained that always wanting more wealth can leave us feeling we never have enough, while contentment is itself a great treasure. We should not dismiss small acts of kindness, such as smiling, bringing someone happiness, or helping a struggling business. He encouraged us to pray on time, honor our parents, help people facing difficulties, and stay in touch with relatives. He also urged us to value voluntary prayers because they help strengthen our prayer and bring us closer to Allah.
- What is one kind thing you could do quietly, without looking for praise?
- What is something you already have that you feel thankful for today?
- Which relative could we check on this week, and what could we ask them?
