For the dinner table

Imam Abdirahman reminded us that the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are the best days of the year and a precious opportunity to draw closer to Allah. He encouraged us to fill them with prayer, Quran, remembrance, charity, fasting, and sacrifice. He especially highlighted fasting on the day of Arafah as an opportunity for forgiveness and explained that the Eid sacrifice comes after the Eid prayer. Speaking about hatred toward Muslims, he urged us to remain kind, just, and faithful to our principles, and to thank those who support our communities. Even if we have missed some of these special days, we can make good use of what remains and celebrate Eid in ways that please Allah.

  2. What good deed would you like us to do together during these special days?
