For the dinner table

Allah wants our worship to shape the way we treat people. The khutbah reminds us that prayer, zakah, and fasting should help us avoid wrong and grow in taqwa and good character. Parents should teach children adab by respecting teachers, parents, elders, and private spaces. Haya means remembering that Allah sees us and feeling shy about disobeying Him. As Muslim Americans, we should face challenges together and take responsible part in our community, including voting.
