Fast during the ten days as able, prioritizing the Day of Arafah and preparing suhoor and iftar.

Read Quran and replace a phone-first habit with Quran when turning to a daily activity.
Leave specific bad habits and make dua for personal reform and oppressed communities.

For the dinner table
The imam reminded us that the first ten days of Dhul Hijjah are among the best days of the year. We can welcome them by praying consistently, remembering Allah, reading Quran, fasting, and making sincere dua. The Day of Arafah deserves special attention, especially through fasting and prayer. Hajj also teaches us to leave bad habits and return to Allah with a clean heart. We should use this season to change ourselves and remember people suffering around the world.
- Which worship habit would you like to strengthen during Dhul Hijjah?
- What is one habit you could replace with Quran or dhikr?
- What would you ask Allah for on the Day of Arafah?
