For the dinner table

The khutbah taught that the Quran guides Muslims in both worship and everyday character. The speaker described Prophet Muhammad as the living example of Quranic ethics, calling listeners to justice, honesty, mercy, generosity, and care for family, neighbors, guests, children, elders, and animals. He warned against oppression, backbiting, mockery, arrogance, betrayal, wastefulness, and neglecting people’s rights. He said that honoring the Prophet’s birth month should mean following his good character, not only celebrating. Each of us should remember that our deeds will be weighed and keep returning to Allah through repentance and clean living.
