For the dinner table

The khutbah reminded us that peace includes valuing people more than winning arguments. We were encouraged to leave pointless debates, tell the truth even when joking, and treat others with kindness, humility, and respect. The imam said that loving Allah is shown through obedience and following Prophet Muhammad, not words alone. This world passes quickly, so we should do righteous deeds and hope Allah gathers our families in eternal Jannah.
