For the dinner table

Today’s khutbah reminded us of the deep love between Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and his companions. The khateeb described how they supported him and carried his message, encouraging us to honor them and learn from their example. He shared stories of Thawban and Bilal longing to be with the Prophet in the hereafter. He also offered a hopeful reminder that the Prophet spoke lovingly of those who would believe in him without ever seeing him. We can respond to that love by learning his teachings, following his Sunnah, and helping carry his message through our daily lives.
