For the dinner table

The khateeb thanked Allah for bringing us through Ramadan and reminded us that its lessons can continue after Eid. He described Ramadan as helping us return to our natural inclination toward goodness through self-discipline and remembering Allah. Even a smile can be charity, and our friendships can help us want to do what is right. He encouraged us to keep our connection to the Quran and take a higher path instead of returning to old habits. When we make mistakes, we can seek Allah’s forgiveness and keep moving toward Him, trusting in His help.
