The khateeb described Islam as a way of life given by Allah and taught by Prophet Muhammad. He explained that its guidance includes seeking help from knowledgeable people when we do not know something. Prayer and fasting train us to grow closer to Allah and bring discipline into daily life. Through the story of Adam and the forbidden tree, he encouraged us to keep a safe distance from temptation. His main practical message was to take responsibility for our actions and follow good intentions with real effort. We can begin with one change this week, trusting that Allah values our work and effort.
