Talk about it at home

For the dinner table

Today’s khutbah reminded us that taqwa means obeying Allah, remembering Him, and being grateful for His blessings, especially Islam. The Prophet Muhammad is our role model, and loving him means following his worship, manners, responsibility, and kindness. We should carry that example into our homes by helping our families, into school and work by serving people honestly, and into our communities by being useful and trustworthy. The speaker also encouraged us to recite Surah al-Kahf on Friday, reflect on its lessons, and keep working patiently toward Jannah.
