Today’s khutbah taught that good character, or akhlaq, is built through repeated good actions until they become habits. The khateeb applied this to everyday conduct, especially keeping mosque bathrooms and shared spaces clean and respectful. He warned against arrogance in status, clothing, cars, and cultural attitudes, and encouraged us to ask what the Prophet and the Companions would do. He also urged us to examine modern ideologies carefully and remain guided by the Quran and Sunnah.
- How can we notice arrogance in ourselves when we talk about clothes, cars, or other people?
- What good habit could we practice this week until it becomes natural?
