For the dinner table

This khutbah centered on Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, whom the khateeb honored as our mother and a beloved wife of the Prophet. He described her knowledge, her willingness to direct questions to others, and her remarkable generosity toward the poor. He called on listeners to love and respect the Prophet’s companions, wives, and family, and strongly condemned insults and accusations against them. He also reminded us to guard our speech during disagreements and warned that sharing hurtful content to criticize it can spread it further. For our family, his message invites us to learn their stories and let that learning shape our generosity, humility, and words.
