For the dinner table

Today's khutbah reminded us that a good life is about more than how much we have or how many things we do. The khateeb used the story of Hunayn to show that impressive numbers alone are not enough. He explained that worship matters, and so does the quality of the heart we bring to it. He encouraged us to work hard, be honest, and keep relying on Allah when things go wrong. As a family, we can practice ihsan by doing our everyday responsibilities with care and treating others with mercy and compassion.
