For the dinner table

Today we remembered the birth of Prophet Muhammad and the guidance Allah brought through him. The best way to honor him is to practice his character: forgive, speak truth with wisdom, give generously, and avoid looking down on others. We should treat elders with respect and children with mercy, using simple kindness in our daily conversations. When Muslims live this way, neighbors, coworkers, classmates, and friends can see the beauty of faith through their actions. The khutbah encouraged us to ask Allah to make every interaction a doorway to goodness and guidance.
