Quotes
In the khateeb's words
“So make commitment, make the arrangements for getting that book. So many books are available now online and there are so many books available here and there.”
“Miracles come from Allah. Whenever He will feel fit, whenever Allah will feel that I should show you, I will show you.”
“But this man never had any of these reactions. He was embracing everyone. He was making dua for everyone. He was greeting, he was visiting.”
“But to change your lifestyle, to change your habits, to change your daily routines, to change your value systems, to change your belief system, to change your worldview, it's not something easy.”
Talk about it at home
For the dinner table
Today’s khutbah reminded us that knowing Prophet Muhammad means studying his actual life, not only remembering him on two dates. The Prophet began with very few supporters and faced ridicule, abuse, and opposition, yet he kept serving and guiding people. His patience, kindness, and care even toward people who hurt him were described as major sources of his success. He changed not only beliefs but also habits, values, family life, and the treatment of vulnerable people. We can honor him by reading about his life, following his teachings, loving him and his family, and reciting salawat.
