For the dinner table

The khutbah reminded us not to measure importance by armies, palaces, money, or headlines. The speaker compared Gaza's endurance with the Prophet Muhammad's humble beginnings and said Allah can bring world-changing good from unnoticed places. He urged us to learn the Prophet's seerah and let the Quran shape our behavior, especially when we are angry or able to take revenge. The Prophet's example is mercy: he wanted opponents to find guidance, not simply to be defeated. This week, our family can study one part of his life, practice forgiveness, and strengthen our bonds as believers.
