The khateeb said Allah created the heavens with balance and gave us responsibility for balance in our own lives. We do that through sincere and correct good deeds, moderation between spiritual and material life, and justice without favoritism or fear of criticism. He reminded us to stay humble: being Muslim or doing extra worship does not make us automatically special, so we should fear wrongdoing, hope for forgiveness, and remain obedient. He ended by asking the community to support Maghfira Cemetery and prepare to meet Allah with uprightness.
- What is one part of your life that needs more balance?
- How can we stay humble when we do something good?
- Where can we practice obedience and kindness this week?
