Imam Abdullahi reminded us to take care with our actions during Rajab and shared a dua he described as more valuable than saving gold and silver. It asks Allah for firmness in faith, determination to follow guidance, gratitude, good worship, a pure heart, and a truthful tongue. He explained that charity includes more than money: a smile, kind words, practical help, and connecting someone with support can all be ways to give. He encouraged us to notice our blessings and share them with people facing hardship, including neighbors in need and people in Gaza. He also called us to work together across our different backgrounds and make the masjid a place where everyone is treated with kindness and respect.
