For the dinner table

Today's khutbah reminded us that Prophet Muhammad is not only someone we admire but someone whose character we should practice. Prayer and Muslim identity matter, but they must be joined by honesty, kindness, respect, and care for neighbors and family. The Prophet's hardships and sacrifices show that faith asks for commitment, not only the practices we find easy. This week, we can strengthen our salah, treat relatives and neighbors well, and become better ambassadors of the Prophet's example.

  1. What is one kind thing we can do for a neighbor this week?
  2. How can our family show the Prophet's character at home?
  3. What is one religious practice we should become more consistent about?
