Talk about it at home

For the dinner table

Allah has given us more blessings than we can count, so we should thank Him and ask for help to worship Him. The Prophet Muhammad was a human being like us, sent with revelation so people could learn how to live by his example. His mercy means we should notice the pain of people facing hunger, war, and hardship, and let that concern lead us to help. His message is for every person, whatever their language, color, culture, or country, and we can begin by following his guidance in ordinary daily acts.

  1. What blessing did you notice today, and how did you thank Allah for it?
  2. What is one small way we can help someone who is suffering this week?
  3. Which part of the Prophet’s example could we practice at home?
