Talk about it at home

For the dinner table

Allah has given us many blessings, including sight, speech, health, time, and the guidance to recognize the right path. The khutbah reminds us that prayer and fasting should prepare us to serve people through justice, kindness, courage, and excellence. We should not delay good actions, because life and opportunity can change suddenly. The masjid should be a welcoming home for worship, children, learning, charity, friendship, and reflection. Each of us can help make that vision real through sincere worship and helpful conduct.
